Ordering is made easy at cincinnati-tool.com 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by calling us at 855-794-9421 Monday through Friday 8am-5pm MST.  Cincinnati Tool shopping cart makes it easy for ordering which is maintained through a personalized login.  Customers can also inquire about any of our online products from the product page, inquiry form, or catalog request page.  All inquiries are handled in a prompt manner and are personalized from a Cincinnati Tool associate.

 

Products

All products sold at cincinnati-tool.com are new and are covered by individually set manufacturer warranties. If you find your package is not delivered in this condition, please contact us immediately at cinc@cincinnati-tool.com or by calling 855-794-9421. Errors or omissions in descriptive, typographic, pricing and/or photographic representation are subject to correction. We reserve the right to modify this site's content at any time.

 

Shipping Guidelines

Post Office Box Address: Domestic address will be shipped by Fed Ex Smart Post which estimates a delivery time of 10-12 days. APO and FPO Address: Will ship to these addresses by FedEx. International Addresses: Will ship to these addresses by Fed Ex International Economy.  All international orders outside the United States of America are subject to customs, duty taxes, and brokerage fees if applicable. By placing an international order through Cincinnati Tool customer agrees to pay all associated import custom, duty taxes, and brokerage fees associated with the designated order. Customer agrees that customs, duty taxes, and brokerage fees can vary based on items purchased, value of goods and is liable for all associated expenses.

 

Shipping Time Lines

95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for items which may not be in stock. Delivery time for FedEx ground is 3 to 6 business days. Weekend and Holiday Shipping: Cincinnati Tool does not ship on weekends or holidays and these days do not count as part of the delivery time.

 

Refused or Unreachable Deliveries

If the shipment is "returned to shipper", Cincinnati Tool will then credit the customer less a minimum 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.  If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded. Credit Card Charges Before shipping any product Cincinnati Tool performs a credit card authorization with the card holder’s credit card company to ensure the order is paid in full.  If there are any known delays or special Cincinnati Tool will notify the customer of the estimate time frames and determine how to proceed. In this case the card may be charged prior to shipment to verify the payment is made. Any post order charges for items that cannot be filled and are requested by the customer to be canceled will be issued a full refund against. NOTE: Please contact us about any refunds or concerns before disputing a charge, we can always refund money without penalty on unfulfilled non-special orders. You will either receive a credit to your card or a check for the full amount.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are displayed upon checkout of your order. Although Cincinnati Tool tries to display accurate shipping charges upon checkout, in some limited cases, additional shipping charges may be applied "after" order has been placed to cover shipping calculation errors generated by our shipping software or other shipping miss-calculations that can occur upon checkout. In these cases, additional shipping charges will be applied after items have been boxed, weighed and scanned and customer will be notified via email or phone. Sales Tax Current tax laws exclude Cincinnati Tool from charging sales tax for any Internet orders placed outside the state of Colorado. If you are shipping your order to any address in CO State you will be charged the appropriate sales tax percentage for the address your order is being shipped to.

 

Return Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

• The wrong product was sent. See paragraph one below.

• Any or all of your products were damaged in transit by the shipping carrier.

• A warranted item is factory defective.

 

If you have received the wrong items you must call Cincinnati Tool at 855-794-9421 within two business days of the receipt of your package. At that time, a return or exchange of your items will be arranged, you will be given a return authorization number, and you will be given further instructions about the procedure. Please note that NO return authorizations will be issued once the 2-business-day deadline has expired. There will be no exceptions to this policy, so please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ANY RETURN RECEIVED WITHOUT A VALID RA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. You must call Cincinnati Tool to obtain an RA number. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

We have taken every precaution to ensure your order's safe and timely arrival, but should your items incur damage in transit, you must first contact the delivering carrier within 24 hours of delivery in order to report the damage and arrange for the carrier's inspection. We ship primarily via UPS or Federal Express, and both can easily be reached by phone, fax, or via their respective websites. You must save the original shipping container and packing for the carrier's inspection. Once your claim with the carrier has been verified and they have assumed responsibility for the damage, then call Cincinnati Tool at 855-794-9421 and we will arrange for replacement of your damaged items.  Some of our complete systems are covered by a limited-time warranty against manufacturer defects. Please refer to the user's manual that came with your system for any applicable warranty information and return/repair procedures.

 

Back Order Policy

Cincinnati Tool does not post backorders. If an item is out of stock at the time your order is processed, you will need to reorder the out-of-stock item(s) on a separate order which will be held until the item arrives. In the case of prepaid orders placed over the Internet, we will refund you credit card for any out-of-stock items on your order and notify you via email. You will then need to reorder the out-of-stock item(s) when they are available.
